BEGINNER CLASSES
ONRAMP (group beginner class)
On Ramp is an introduction to CrossFit. It meets for 3 weeks, 3 times a week. This class teaches you all of the basic movements needed to participate in a general CrossFit workout. Workout intensity levels increase to get your body ready for high intensity style workouts. This is one way to get started as a member. Class size is limited to 6 People.

FOUNDATIONS (Private beginner class)
Foundations is a one-on-one or two-on-one beginner class. This meets 3 times, and goes over the same curriculum as On-Ramp, in less time, and on your own schedule. This is recommended for people who's schedules do not line up with the On-Ramp Schedule.
