BEGINNER CLASSES
ONRAMP (BEGINNER CLASS) March 01-March 18. M, T, Th at 6:30PM
On Ramp is a 3 week, 3 times a week small class that meets and teaches folks all of the basic movements needed to participate in a general CrossFit workout. It also gradually increases intensity to get your body ready for high intensity style workouts. This is one way to get started as a CrossFit Hood River member. Class size is limited to 6 People. --------------------------- FOUNDATIONS (BEGINNER CLASS)
Foundations is a one-on-one or two-on-one beginner class. This meets 3 times, and goes over the same curriculum as On-Ramp, in less time, and on your own schedule. This is recommended for people who's schedules do not line up with the On-Ramp Schedule. Call 541-490-0939 or EMAIL US to schedule.

This is a regular class time that non-members are encouraged to come join us and workout. The workouts at these two times are programmed to be less technical and more group oriented. These are fun classes and we love seeing new faces at these times.
