Keeping up with my burpee challenge despite traveling to CT. Had to play catch up for the last two days and knocked out 106 of them today.

To help motivate me I did them at my old stomping grounds at the Coast Guard Academy weight room. Interesting to see cadets and OCS candidates doing some power lifting and other CrossFit exercises. Maybe CrossFit is catching on on the east coast.

Showed my nieces how fun crab walks, bear crawls, inch worms and burpees are. They liked doing them...ah the naivete of youth!!

Glad you loved it. Way to step it up all the way through the workout Em. Higher box jumps, stronger burpees, smaller bands on the pull-ups. Your hard work is paying off.

Thanks for the note! I will say I feel like my quality of life has become significantly better the more paleo/zone I have gone... stabilizing insulin levels has a significant impact in performance and general feeling-goodness. Thanks!
