SECOND Sign up for either OnRamp or Foundations. OnRamp is a small group format beginner class (4-6 folks). It meets 3x/week for 3 weeks. OnRamp classes begin the first Monday of each month – you must be able to attend at least 7 of 9 classes. Foundations teaches the same things in three classes. Class size is limited to one or two. These are scheduled individually to work with your schedule. Sign up with one friend and save a little $$. Foundations meets 3 times and you must attend all three. Completion of either On-Ramp or Foundations is required to join the gym.

**members are welcome and highly encouraged to come to the workouts that are open to the community, they do count against your membership. Free only to new folks checking it out. these two workouts a week will often be less technical and more team/group oriented.
